Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced beef or chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Season meat with garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Lay slices flat and place cheese inside each one.
3. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
4. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
5. Sear roll-ups for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
6. Optional: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes for crisp edges.
7. Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
