Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook them in olive oil until they’re no longer pink inside.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with minced garlic and cheese until everything is nicely combined.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture.
