Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
Filling:
3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
Apple Topping:
2 apples, diced
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Caramel Drizzle:
½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, then eggs.
4. Stir in sour cream and pour into crust. Bake 50–60 minutes.
5. Cool at room temperature 1 hour, then chill 4+ hours.
6. Sauté diced apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until tender.
7. Top cheesecake with apples and warm caramel drizzle before serving.
Notes
Use tart apples like Granny Smith for best contrast.
Cheesecake improves in flavor after 24 hours chilled.
Add crushed nuts for a crunchy topping.
