Description
Cheesecake Fruit Salad is a creamy no-bake dessert made with fresh fruit, cheesecake filling, and caramel crunch topping.
Ingredients
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
2 apples, diced
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed caramel candies
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and chop all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
2. Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold fruit into the cheesecake mixture gently.
4. Top with caramel candies and pecans before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh the same day.
Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 2 days (without bananas).
