Buffalo Chicken Taquitos are an explosion of flavor wrapped in a crispy tortilla, perfect for game nights or cozy dinners at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place it seam-side down.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos until crispy and golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
Notes
These taquitos can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
