Description

Buffalo Chicken Taquitos are an explosion of flavor wrapped in a crispy tortilla, perfect for game nights or cozy dinners at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Oil for frying
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and add a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place it seam-side down.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Fry the taquitos until crispy and golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Notes

These taquitos can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
