- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until everything is well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on your workspace and spoon a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, sealing it off by placing the seam side down.
- Repeat this process with all remaining tortillas and filling.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat—just enough to cover the bottom.
- Fry the taquitos until they become crispy and golden brown on all sides, roughly 2-3 minutes per side.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove them and let them drain on paper towels.
- Serve these delicious taquitos hot with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
Ensure you don’t overfill the tortillas to prevent spilling while frying. Experiment with buffalo sauce for your desired heat level.
