- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 eggs (for brownie mix)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for brownie mix)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch pan.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions.
- Pour half of this brownie mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add the sugar, one egg, and the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing.

Serve with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
