- 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
- 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
Instructions
- Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl. If you plan to prepare this salad in advance, wait to add the banana until just before serving to keep it fresh.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix everything well until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit. Toss everything gently to ensure that the fruits are well coated in the sweet, creamy dressing.
- Top your fruit salad with the chopped pecans for that tasty crunch and enjoy!
Notes
For a lovely twist, add fresh mint leaves on top as a garnish. This salad pairs wonderfully with pancakes, waffles, or as a topping for toast.
