Creamy no-bake Biscoff Truffles dipped in chocolate. Perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting!
Ingredients
20 Biscoff cookies (crushed)
4 tbsp Biscoff spread
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz chocolate (white, dark, or milk)
Optional: extra crushed cookies, sprinkles, cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix with cream cheese and Biscoff spread until smooth.
3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on tray.
4. Chill for 20 minutes.
5. Melt chocolate and dip truffles until coated.
6. Top with crumbs or sprinkles.
7. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
Notes
For firmer truffles, freeze dough balls before dipping.
Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months.
