Description

Rich, fudgy Biscoff Cookie Butter Brownies swirled with cookie butter and topped with crushed Biscoff cookies. The ultimate chewy dessert!


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup creamy Biscoff spread

½ cup crushed Biscoff cookies

1 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt butter and whisk with sugars.

3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in dry ingredients.

4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

5. Pour batter into pan and swirl warmed cookie butter on top.

6. Sprinkle with crushed cookies.

7. Bake 35–40 minutes until edges are set but center remains fudgy.

8. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Freeze for up to 2 months.
