Description

Delicious Big Mac Wraps that combine the classic flavors of a Big Mac in a fun and portable style, perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 or lean)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb wraps)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Sesame seeds
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with your spatula. Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and onion powder, mixing thoroughly. Cook until the beef browns, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Make the Big Mac sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of paprika.
  3. Warm the tortillas: Warm them up in the microwave for about 15 seconds each or on a skillet for a quick minute on each side.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce in the center, then layer with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced onions, sliced pickles, and a slice of cheese. Fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.
  5. Toast the wraps (optional): Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a little oil, and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve: Cut the wraps in half and serve warm with extra dipping sauce.

Notes

These wraps can easily be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or skillet.
