Description

Big Mac Sliders bring the iconic flavors of a Big Mac into a fun, easy-to-eat slider format, perfect for parties and game nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package slider buns
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the buns.
  5. Top with onions, pickles, and shredded cheese.
  6. Drizzle thousand island dressing over the toppings.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding lettuce or additional dressing. Make sure to drain the beef to avoid soggy sliders.
