- 1 cup (120 g) sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup (120 g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and cherry pie filling. Gently fold them together until evenly mixed.
- Add the creamy layer: Stir in the sour cream until it coats the fruit evenly.
- Mix in extras: Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts if you choose to include them. Fold gently to combine everything.
- Chill for best flavor: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
