Ingredients

  • 2 large lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle, being careful not to cut through the meat.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top, so it looks nice.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with lemon wedges and a side of salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
