A luxurious lobster tail recipe that is easy to make for any special occasion.

- 2 large lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle, being careful not to cut through the meat.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top, so it looks nice.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with lemon wedges and a side of salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
