- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Broccoli or other low-carb vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth blend.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the spice mixture and place them in a baking dish or Instant Pot.
- If baking, cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. If using an Instant Pot, set to high pressure and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- If using parmesan cheese, sprinkle on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve the chicken with steamed broccoli or other low-carb vegetables.
Notes
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking for juicier meat. Experiment with spices for varied flavors.
