Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Broccoli or other low-carb vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth blend.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the spice mixture and place them in a baking dish or Instant Pot.
  4. If baking, cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. If using an Instant Pot, set to high pressure and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  5. If using parmesan cheese, sprinkle on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve the chicken with steamed broccoli or other low-carb vegetables.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking for juicier meat. Experiment with spices for varied flavors.
