Delicious BBQ chicken coleslaw wraps loaded with smoky shredded chicken, crunchy slaw, and creamy dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla a quick, satisfying, and family-friendly meal.
Ingredients
— BBQ Chicken —
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzling)
— Coleslaw —
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1/3 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
— Wraps —
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Optional: shredded cheese or avocado slices
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
2. In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. To assemble, spoon BBQ chicken into the center of each tortilla.
5. Top with a generous portion of coleslaw, green onions, and optional toppings.
6. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
7. Fold sides and roll into wraps. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a super quick option.
Try whole wheat or spinach tortillas for extra flavor and color.
