Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk, cold

2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4–5 medium ripe bananas
2 sleeves Biscoff cookies
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
2. Gradually add powdered sugar until completely combined
3. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then fold into cream cheese mixture
4. Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth
5. Whip cold heavy cream with granulated sugar until soft peaks form
6. Fold half the whipped cream into custard base, reserve remainder
7. Slice bananas into 1/4-inch rounds and toss with lemon juice
8. Crush Biscoff cookies into various sizes for texture
9. Layer crushed cookies in serving dish, add half custard mixture, then banana slices
10. Repeat layers, finish with reserved whipped cream and cookie crumbs
11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving
