Ingredients
1 frozen banana (sliced)
1 cup frozen peach slices
3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
1 tsp honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency.
4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
You can swap almond milk for oat or soy milk.
To thicken: add more frozen fruit or a few ice cubes.
To thin: add a splash of milk at a time.
