This Banana Bread is moist, flavorful, and easy to make perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: 1/2 cup nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
3. Whisk in butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
6. Stir in nuts or chocolate if using.
7. Pour into loaf pan and bake 55–65 minutes.
8. Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store banana bread at room temperature for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
