Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Trim pork and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, and rosemary for glaze.

5. Brush pork with glaze and roast with vegetables 20-25 minutes.
