- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix your sliced apples with cinnamon and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, salt, and softened butter in another bowl until crumbly.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with the crumble mixture, spreading it evenly over the apples.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
