Description
Crispy and sweet Apple Wedges Fries are a healthy and delicious snack perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
3 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Pinch of salt
Optional spices: cayenne pepper, paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and core apples, then cut into wedges.
3. Toss apple wedges with olive oil, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt until evenly coated.
4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or paprika to the seasoning.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven or air fryer for best crispness.
