Ingredients
4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
1 cup apple cider
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side.
4. Whisk apple cider, Dijon mustard, garlic, and honey.
5. Pour glaze mixture into skillet, reduce heat, and simmer until thickened.
6. Cook until pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
8. Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Use bone-in chops for more flavor.
For a spicy twist, add cayenne or chipotle flakes.
Store leftovers up to 3 days; reheat gently with glaze.
