Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove the wings from the air fryer and toss them in buffalo sauce.
  8. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.

Notes

Make sure to pat the wings dry to ensure they are crispy. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for best results.
