Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Mix the ricotta cheese with oregano, basil, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Layer a cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
