- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then coat with Parmesan cheese.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the fresh lemon juice and stir well.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the lemon garlic sauce over each breast.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
