Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then coat with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Melt the butter in the same skillet, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  7. Pour in the fresh lemon juice and stir well.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the lemon garlic sauce over each breast.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
